Preparing for Departure

Hey Guys!

This is my very first blog post! :) I'M SO EXCITED to be working on this throughout my time in London, England. Here is what is going on as of now...

Filling out TONS and TONS of paperwork = stress! We seriously have about 20 forms to fill out. I have to visit my doctor to get approve from him that I am healthy enough to go. Our school has a few forms to fill out as well, so there are tons of faxing things around. 0_0 AND it's all due by June 1st.

I honestly cannot explain to you how excited we are to be studying abroad in London. It's always something I wanted to do since high school and since I am a senior with only one semester left with nothing but electives-there is no better time to go. We're young, healthy, with nothing left to loose- it's the perfect time to travel. Paul and I have talked about traveling a lot while we are there since it's a once in a life time opportunity. Once we're married and have jobs, etc we aren't going to be able to travel and do exciting things like this. A few places we are planning to go are: Paris, Italy, Ireland and Germany.

Going to London will be so much fun but I know one thing that I will miss are my friends and family. I am so grateful for the people that God has brought in my life. I'm going to miss my friends dearly.... BUT Skype dates are essential. :)

I'm so happy and excited to see where God takes us this year. I have definitely been seeing Him working in me and Paul's life these past few years. Everything seems to be coming together perfectly and we are so excited to see what the future holds.

Thanks for reading and I hope that you will continue to read as Paul and I continue with our journey to London. :) <3

  2. So, you have to go to Ireland. Honestly it doesn't cost that much to travel between E.U, countries and it is a journey well worth taking. Don't just go to Dublin, but go to the North Coast. It will take your breath away. Look foreword to hearing more of your travels!

  3. Oh yeah Ireland was on the list as well! Probably more so than Germany. Thanks for your comment! Always appreciate it! :)

How much do you think it costs to go to London from the North Coast of Ireland?
